And for most people, that means eating more vegetables.

Sounds simple, doesn't it?

And yet, for many of us, there's a big gap between knowing what we "should" do — or what we intend to do — and what actually happens when we get into the kitchen and make a meal.

That's where I come in. Through my online classes and workshops, membership program, and TV segments on More Good Day Oregon (Fox 12 Oregon KPTV), I help people feel empowered, creative, and inspired around getting more vegetables and plant foods onto their plates.
